Farm Fresh Blog

Wednesday, September 22 2010

Every morning when the livestock are put out, and these two are off-duty, . . . they play . . .

They dance . . .

 They shuffle . . .

They spin . . .

And they remind me that no matter how serious life gets, it's important to take a moment and enjoy . . .

 . . . the dance.

I guess Briar doesn't know she could just sit on Lily. :) I love, love when my dogs play. So happy and free of life's uglier side.

Just finished reading your blog, and loved it! I look forward to reading more, and the arrival of your new puppy!

Actually Briar DOES know that she can sit on Lily! She has absolutely no problem throwing her weight around. Because of that I don't like to let them together unless I can supervise them. I'm afraid that Briar will accidentally kill her littler friend, Lily! "OOPS! She broke!"
